One-to-One

Kacper Dąbrowski offers one-to-one mentoring for students, graduates, and professional flutists. Rather than teaching a single way of playing, each session helps musicians discover their own artistic voice. Sessions focus on musical structure, phrasing shaped by natural airflow, breathing awareness, developing an individual technique, and building confidence through a deeper understanding of movement, sound, and performance.

Masterclasses

Masterclasses are offered in collaboration with music schools, conservatoires, festivals, and music institutions. Each programme is complemented by lectures on performance practice, efficient practice strategies, communication in music education, and building healthy relationships between teachers, students, and parents.

An international community connecting flutists through learning and exchange. As Director of Fl@owisko, Kacper Dąbrowski develops an online platform that brings together internationally recognised artists, teachers, and flutists through lectures, interviews, and live discussions. The community creates a space where ideas, experiences, and challenges are openly shared, continuously inspiring new educational initiatives and meaningful artistic dialogue.
